You may use The Dino Buddies app and the free printable materials for personal, non-commercial use within your own household, with the children in your care. You may print the activity pages as many times as you need for that household.

The free pack is not licensed for classroom, group, childcare or other institutional use. A separate classroom edition is planned — educators can contact support to hear when it is ready.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish our materials, or present them as your own work.

The app is designed for children ages 3–7 and is intended to be installed, set up and supervised by a parent, guardian or teacher. Adults are responsible for deciding whether the app and activities are suitable for a particular child, for supervising activities that use household objects, and for managing device settings such as screen time.

All account, contact and support functions are for adults only.

The Dino Buddies name, characters, artwork, stories, music, printable materials and this website are owned by John Mueller and published under the Dino Studios imprint. All rights are reserved except the household use described above.

This version of the app contains no purchases, subscriptions, in-app currency or paid upgrades, and the free activity pack on this website costs nothing. If paid features are ever added, they will be clearly described before release and directed to adults.

We may add, change, pause or remove features, activities and downloads at any time, including for maintenance or safety reasons. We may also update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed, and continuing to use the app or website after a change means the updated terms apply.

• Do not attempt to break, probe, overload or gain unauthorized access to the app, website or their systems.
• Do not copy, scrape, republish or sell our content.
• Do not use the support form to send spam, abusive content, or any personal information about a child.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app except where that right cannot be restricted by law.

The app, the website and the printable materials are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
