Privacy Policy

• The children's app collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no purchases and no tracking.
• The website is a normal informational site. The only information we receive is what an adult chooses to type into the support form.
• We never ask children for information anywhere in the app or on this website.

For this version of the app, all of the following statements are accurate. If any of them change in a future version, this page will be updated before that version is released.

• No accounts and no sign-in.
• No advertising of any kind, and no third-party ad networks.
• No purchases, subscriptions or in-app payments.
• No analytics, attribution or tracking SDKs.
• No social features, chat, messaging, comments or user-generated sharing.
• No collection of names, birthdates, email addresses, precise location, photos, audio recordings, contacts, advertising identifiers or other personal data.
• No camera, microphone, location, contacts or notification permissions are requested.
• Profile names and avatars are chosen from a preset list. They are not identifying and are never sent anywhere.
• Progress, rewards, accessibility settings and preferences are stored locally on the device only.
• Deleting the app clears its local data on the device, unless your operating system keeps a device backup outside our control.

Links that lead outside the app — such as this policy or the support page — sit behind a parental gate so that they are opened by an adult.

The website is separate from the app. It is a public information site for adults, and it works without an account.

• Support form. When an adult sends the form on the support page, we store what was submitted: the topic, the adult email address, an optional adult name, the message, the platform and an optional app version. This is stored in a private database so that we can reply and keep track of the issue.
• What we do not store with it. We do not store IP addresses, device identifiers, passwords or payment information with support messages, and we do not use them for marketing.
• Printable activity pack. The free PDF is generated in your own browser. No email address or account is required to download it.
• Hosting. Like all websites, our hosting and database providers process requests in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How long we keep support requests. We retain support requests only as long as we need them to respond to you, investigate recurring issues and meet legitimate recordkeeping needs, and then we delete them. You can ask us to delete your support message sooner by sending a request through the support page.

The app is made for children ages 3–7 and is designed so that no personal information is needed to use it. Everything on this website that involves typing — including the support form — is intended for adults only.

Please do not include a child's name, age, photo, school or any other detail about a child when you contact us. If we receive a message that appears to contain a child's personal information, we delete it.

All Dino Buddies characters, artwork, stories, music and printable materials are owned by John Mueller and published under the Dino Studios imprint. We do not include third-party character art or licensed content in the app or on this website.

Adults can reach us through the support page. Choose the "Privacy or data question" topic and we will respond to the email address you provide.
